A devoted father fights to bring justice for his daughter-in-law’s death, highlighting the plight of neglected elderly parents in a society consumed by materialism.

Govind Pathak (Bhau) and wife Suhas (Suhashini) live a middle class life in Mumbai,their son Abhay and IAS officer is married to wealthy Avni and settled in her house.Suhas starts feeling uneasy on the wedding anniversary of Abhay and Avni who are busy celebrating the day.Next day when Abhay reaches to meet his parents he finds that his mother has passed last night and final rites have been done.Bahu blames Abhay for Suhas’s death as he believes it was negligence from his part that he couldn’t take her to a better hospital as finances were controlled by Abhay.In order to give justice to his dead wife Bhau drags his son Abhay to the court accusing him of killing his mother.
